This is a recently built single family residence on a creek with a very comfortable patio. It is within walking distance of downtown and has three bedrooms plus an office. It was built in 2022 so is very clean and comforting.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
